No extra or hidden fees.
We will never ask for prepayment like other companies. You will be charged once your case has been settled and your office is ready for the final demand.
Time Frame: If you have dealt with MSPRC before, you know it can take several months or even years to obtain your conditional payment letter and final demand letter, using our contacts within CMS, we will try our best to complete your case within weeks of it settling.
Medicare Claims $500.00
We will work your case from start to finish, including obtaining your conditional payment letter, dispute any unrelated claims, obtain your final demand letter, and apply for any compromises, appeals, or waivers you may need.
Medicaid Claims $500.00
Includes contacting your states Medicaid office and gathering all information related to your case and obtaining the final amount due to Medicaid.
A La Carte Services:
Conditional Payment Letter only (Medicare cases only) $250
Includes obtaining your conditional payment letter (CPL) and reviewing each claim to make sure they relate to your case and disputing any unrelated claims. Also includes reporting the case to the Coordination of Benefits Contractor (COBC).
Final Demand Letter only (Medicare cases only) $250
Includes requesting your final demand letter and disputing any unrelated claims.
Waiver, Compromise, and Appeals $250
Includes applying for a waiver, compromise, or appeal. Deep research goes into this process and may take extra time to complete. However, Alliance Medical Consulting, LLC will work diligently in getting the lien amount reduced as much as we can.
